Jenname (pronounced jenah-may) is a fully Aboriginal-owned consultancy led by Palawa woman Rachel Dunn, with over 35 years’ experience in frontline practice, systems reform and cultural leadership.
Backed by a senior Aboriginal team with over 110 years of collective experience, Jenname delivers expert support in strategic advisory, Aboriginal participation planning, and community engagement.
We also provide nationally recognised trauma-informed and family safety, first response training—developed by Aboriginal experts and grounded in lived experience, cultural authority and truth-telling. Designed for government and non-profit sectors, our training strengthens frontline responses to family violence and supports culturally safe practice across child protection, health, housing, education and justice.
Jenname helps organisations move beyond compliance to embed real safety, accountability and respect.
